Lucky Paperie

I got married 8 years ago and was quite young so I didn't use much artistic license in planning my wedding. I wish I could go back and do all sorts of fun, colorful things. Anyway, I stumbled upon these cool letterpress wedding invitations (and I believe they do other things as well) by Lucky Paperie. First of all, I'm a huge fan of letterpress stuff. It has a particular authenticity and richness. I also really like how colorful these designs are. Too often we are afraid to do anything more than white or beige for a wedding.

Noble Madness

noble-madness.png

It's the words that always ruin the t-shirt. Why can't I just get a shirt that has a picture of red Zelda potion and that's it? Why does it have to also say I'M GONNA GO ZELDA ON YA! or POTION DUDE? Zelda is a princess. What does "going Zelda" on someone mean? To excrete Princess on them? Anyway, I just like the pixelly red juice with little pixelly white bubbles.

The shirt to the left has words which read: Noble Madness. This one's from the Imaginary Foundation. It depicts two deepsea divers in formalwear atop a mossy planetoid. I've always liked very small two-man meteors. Also for girls. $30.00

Smeeta's Brooches

Here's another one from Etsy. Smeeta's Bits and Bytes has some cute little stuffed brooches and also some other cool products as well. But I really think these brooches are cutest, so I have to spotlight them.

Mister Cumulus!

Smooty the birdie brooch

Cheeky Monkey the brooch

I'm such a sucker for cute little characters AND little plushy items! I just think these could totally dance up a plain coat, bag, guitar strap, whatever....

Campers Are Awesome

This is not the most affordable item, but I can't help but gush about Campers. I actually don't own any yet, but I'm hoping to remedy that very shortly. Campers have a wide variety of designs to fit all sorts of styles. I like them because they have some outlandish designs, but then also some really classy designs. They have personality and that's my favorite thing about a shoe.

I love these Camper Minie's a whole lot - So sleek and interesting!

And then there's these adorable Camper Twins that I am totally salivating over:

I will let you know when I decide exactly which Campers to get. It's such a hard decision!

Sundance

While internet surfing, I came across the Sundance website. Not the one for films, but a related company which sells handcrafted materials. It's a pretty fun store and I found some cool jewelry items. There are a variety of jewelry designers and artisans and prices vary. Some affordable, some quite expensive. Definitely a site I'll be checking more.

I LOVE these Cascade Earrings - They're nice and chunky and would look great with any dressy occasion.

These are adorable as well: Lime Drop Earrings - I love that color and I really love how simple the design is.

And then here's a gorgeous Pearl Cupcake Ring - I'm a sucker for the viney filigree work.

Modflo

Here's a little interesting Etsy shop called Modflo where the seller draws her (I'm assuming it's a her) designs in ink and then bakes her designs into durable plastic. Seems like a fun project and I really love how simple and organic her designs are. It also seems like jewelry that would go with anything.

Lalaland Textiles

I don't know if some of you are aware of Etsy but it's kind of like a great little crafter's Ebay. Everything there is handmade or vintage. It's definitely fun for perusing crafty stuff.

I found Lalaland earlier today and I'm really enjoying her stuff! She has some totally fun fabrics that she combines to make some really great purses (or there's also pillows and such). I especially love this awesome skull clutch.

From what I can tell, this is her only website. Please, check it out!
